Kagadi district Road Equipment has been recalled back to the Ministry of Works and Transport headquarters in Kampala on allegations of Misuse.
It will be remembered that some few weeks ago, the same equipment was impounded and operators arrested in Rugashari Town Council while they were transacting private businesses.
These were later released on police bond and went into hiding.
